Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: How to evolve Bishap to Kingambit?

The new region of Pale de Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has a 400 different monster Pokédex.
Some evolutions are done in the classic form (just level up or using items like special stones) while others are more complicated.
The case of Kin gambit, one of the ninth generation’s new Pokémon, is one of those: to get it you need a Bishop equipped with an item called Leader’s Crest.
See following all about Spaniard, Bisharp and guides it with step-by-step to evolve the Pokémon into its new final form: Kin gambit.

How to make Bisharp evolve to Kin gambit in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

If you have a Spaniard, the initial form can evolve it to Bisharp simply reaching level 52 (feel free to use the items that give extra exp).
To evolve Bisharp into Kin gambit, a new Pokémon, you need a Leader’s Crest, an item that cannot be bought in stores or exchanged with an NPC.
Check out the step-by-step to get a Kin gambit in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet:
Leader’s Crest: Get this item capturing Bisharp on North Province’s Two Area.
Drop this item is not so easy, but with some luck one of them will give you, and you just need to use it on your Bishop to make it evolve.
Note: Prefer Fire type attacks to easily decrease Bisharp HP.
To check if the Pokémon actually has the item, you can access the monster summary through the main menu.
There is a more chance to find Leader’s Crest with a wild Bisharp surrounded by several paired.
Take the Bisharp item to have it in your inventory (menu → pits → a in the Richard → remove the item) if you want to give it to another Bisharp with better statistics.
Leave the object with Bisharp and fight against 3 wild bisharp (surrounded by paired preferably): it will evolve into kin gambit after level rise.
The step-by-step for this evolution is not simple: the basic attacks of your Bisharp will not cause much damage to the opposing Bisharp.
Therefore, teach your Pokémon one or two Fighting-type skills, which is effective against Bisharp.

Paired Shiny Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: How is it?

It is very important to know what the shiny shapes of Pokémon in S/V look, because no clue will be left on the screen: this time there are no stars or sound warnings like Pokémon Legends: Areas.
Of course, the color difference will probably be clear, but sometimes it’s complicated.
In the case of paired:
Instead of being red, Spaniard Shiny is blue.
The same goes for all its evolutions.

The chance to find a shiny Pokémon is 1/4096 in the game, you can optimize this chance with Shiny Charm (object that is obtained by completing the entire Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Pokédex) or the tastes of the dishes you start.
